  “I highly recommend Little’s Heating and Cooling- my home had a very old furnace and air conditioner I needed to replace, and Jordan was very responsive and quick to get the process going, he was wonderful in walking me through the process of financing and installation of a new system. Seth did a fantastic job of putting in the new furnace and AC, was very professional and thorough -and went above and beyond too when an old doorknob was accidentally broken in the process and he replaced it for me :-) Great job, thank you for making such a big home improvement project a very low stress experience!”

  “Incredible work - we called yesterday around 4pm and Jordan came at 8:30 this morning for a water heater replacement. He finished in just over an hour and within budget. Respectful, straightforward, knowledgeable, and fair. We'll definitely call in the future if we need other work done. High efficiency 40 gallon gas water heater for $2,500 out the door.”

I was dreading the replacement process, but Jordan and his team turned a stressful situation into an incredibly smooth experience. They came out promptly, assessed the situation, and had a brand-new system completely switched out and running perfectly by Friday afternoon. The service was incredibly fast, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They even hauled the heavy old unit away, leaving the area completely spotless. If you are looking for honest, reliable HVAC work in the Grand Rapids area, look no further. 10/10 would recommend!”

  “If you’re looking for someone to handle your HVAC needs, I highly recommend giving Little’s a call. I reached out to three companies for quotes to add central A/C to my home, and Little’s came in at a fair, mid-range price. I ultimately chose them because everything felt straightforward and professional from the start. Jordan (the owner) was polite and easy to work with. He accommodated my schedule for the estimate, explained financing options, and communicated clearly throughout the process. He repeatedly emphasized that he was available anytime if I had questions—and he followed through by responding to every text I sent. He also set clear expectations for how long the install would take and consistently treated me with respect—speaking to me like family and never talking down to me. Little’s handled all of the permitting as well, and Jordan came out to the property multiple times to take measurements and photos to help ensure the city permit was approved. It honestly felt like he went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t end up with a headache. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the electrical subcontractor involved in the project. While I don’t blame Little’s for the electrician’s behavior, it was part of the overall experience and it added unnecessary stress. If your HVAC work requires electrical work, I’d still absolutely recommend Little’s for the HVAC portion, but consider hiring your own electrician.”
