“Woke up to my furnace blowing cold air on the coldest day of the year. Was referred to Keith by a friend, called him in the morning, he was at my house within a few hours and had my furnace fixed before my daughter got home from school! Friendly guy and reasonable pricing. As a first-time homeowner, I will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future with any HVAC needs!”

“I reached out to Keith in the spring when my furnace went out. He quickly made a trip over. After getting the old girl working again, he didn't even want to charge me. That being said, when I made the decision to replace my furnace I called Keith. He provided me a fair and honest quote. He took care of the removal of the old and installed a shiny new furnace. Quick, painless and professional. Keith is knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend and will be using Essential again if I or any acquaintances need any HVAC services!”

“After being ghosted by the first company my warranty company sent, they sent Keith out. He was there promptly and had our blower motor replaced that day!! A couple of days later I noticed a sound when the blower turned on, called Keith and he was was back out the next day to recenter the blower in its housing. Couldn't be happier with his prompt attention, and such a great guy! Thank you so much Keith.”

“Keith is an honest man that will not upsell or trick you into parts or service that you don't need. I've had Essential HVAC Services come out and Keith fixed my air conditioning in less than 15 minutes and for an extremely fair and reasonable price. They sent someone out within an hour of me calling on a very hot day when the air conditioning quit working. Many companies in this industry will overcharge and upsell. You will not get that from Essential HVAC Services. Give them a call, and don't be fooled by the big box companies and their tactics. I will never use anyone other than Essential HVAC Services. Thanks Keith!”
