“Ford’s Heating and Cooling did a thorough A/C checkup, cleaning filters, and checking pressures on the unit outside. Very professional and explained everything that he did really well - I know more about my system now! A really great interaction. Thanks! On a recent visit, the technician was very knowledgeable, able to diagnose the issue and also clean out a clogged drain pipe. Thank you!”

“Paul has been here before. He always does a good job. He shows me everything he is doing. I trust him. He even put a free battery in my thermostat. Something I knew needed to be done but asked him to do it for me. Thanks.”
